Hi there crafty friends! Today we are showcasing the ah-mazing Beautiful Wings stamp set and coordinating dies! I am such a fan of the quilled look of the butterflies in this set (and Beautiful Blossoms & Beautiful Blizzard too!)
I started by stamping several butterflies around the edge of a black piece of cardstock in Versamark ink. I heat embossed each with a different color of Zing embossing powder. For added interest, I stamped only a portion of the butterflies on the black - I then positioned my black panel on a white card front and lightly traced where the continuation of the wings would go. I removed the embossed piece and stamped the butterflies directly on the white panel with black ink.
I popped the black piece up with several layers of foam tape....it looks super dimensional! The yellow butterfly at the bottom was stamped and die cut separately then attached with foam tape as well. A few Sparkling Clear sequins finish the card off!
Tomorrow is day three of the NND March reveal - I hope you'll stop back and check it out!
