Lil' Inker Designs September Release - Day 3

Welcome back!   Today is the last day of Lil' Inker Designs three day blog hop celebrating the new September release - but be sure to check in next week....I'm sure I'll have a few more cards to share with you ;)  I've got another adorable Halloween card to share with you all today!

I love that the new stamp set, Boo Balloons, has existing dies already!   Very cool, especially if you already own those dies, right?!?   I stamped and die cut my balloons using a variety of patterned paper and colored cardstock.   I think this is just the cutest!  I added the jack-o-lantern and skeleton balloons to the card with foam tape for extra dimension.

That's all for now, but be sure to hop along and see what the rest of the design team has created!

Lil' Inker Designs September Release - Day 2

Hello!    Thanks for stopping by for day two of Lil' Inker Designs' September release!   All of the stamps are now available over at Lil' Inker, so be sure to check that out!   I've got a card to share with you today using the very pretty new Fall Foliage stamps & dies.

To create this card, I stamped the sunflower image  from Fall Foliage onto kraft paper with brown ink, then colored them in with Copic markers, adding a light grey outline.   This simple, subtle step kind of makes the flowers 'pop' off the page!  I added a sentiment strip (also colored with Copics) with foam tape across the card.

To finish things off, I stamped and die cut another sunflower, added some glitter & Glossy Accents and adhered it at the end of the sentiment strip.   Simple & pretty!

Lil' Inker Designs September Release - Day 1

Hello, friends!   Today begins the product inspiration for Lil' Inker Designs' September release!   There's a lot to love here - fall items are always my favorite!    We've got a nice mix of both Halloween and fall items to share with you over the next few days....let's get started!

I've got a really fun card today using several new goodies from the new release - Monsters Ink stamps & dies, Boo Balloons & the Mini Chevron Border die!

I started by die cutting several pieces of black, lime, orange & purple cardstock with the new Mini Chevron Border die.   I adhered them together tightly on a thin piece of printer paper, then die cut them once again with a Stitched Mats -Rectangle die.   I stamped the sentiment on the purple strip - it is just the perfect size!

Next I stamped and die cut the adorable monster from Monsters Ink and colored him to match my chevron background.   I adhered him to the chevron piece with an Action Wobble Spring - so fun!

For the background, I stamped the Boo, Eek & eyeball images from Boo Balloons with Versamark ink and heat embossed with glow-in-the-dark embossing powder.

This is one creepy cute card!!!
